Different types of kratom strains come with their own set of health benefits. If you’re looking for kratom for energy and focus, try the Maeng Da, Thai, and any green vein kratom strain. Most of these strains require a lower dosage for the stimulating effects to kick in.

Ingredients

  • kratom powder (8x your usual dose)

  • 4 tablespoons almond flour

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 cup shredded and unsweetened coconut

  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea

Once you’ve chosen your kratom strain, you need to find out the kratom dosage you need to achieve its stimulating effects. Your dosage will depend on whether it’s your first time trying kratom or a frequent user. Your dosage may be more than the recommended amount if your tolerance has increased after a number of uses.

Measure your kratom dose. Then set aside 8 times your usual dosage for this energy boosting kratom recipe.

Take the kratom powder, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and matcha green tea and put them inside a food processor. Turn it on until all of the ingredients are well-mixed.

The maple syrup adds flavor to this bite-sized snack. While the matcha green tea helps boost your metabolism, mood, and cognitive concentration, coconut oil is also a great energy source.

Take about a tablespoon-full of the mixture and put it on your palm. Then roll the mixture into 1 inch balls so they’re easier to snack on. You can lather a small amount of coconut oil on your hands to keep the mixture from sticking to your hands.
